Meeting Notes Template
Create a printable meeting notes page with spaces for the date, attendees, discussion and follow up actions. Keep the decisions and responsibility notes separate from the general conversation record.
Understanding the layout
The form reserves its main area for discussion and decisions, with a lower action table containing Action, Owner and Due columns. This structure helps a handwritten record remain useful after the meeting. A list of topics alone may not explain what was decided or what happens next, so write those distinctions explicitly rather than relying on the layout to supply them.
Using the sheet
Add the meeting name, date and attendees before the discussion begins. Record decisions in clear language and mark unresolved questions as unresolved. In the action area, describe the actual next step and identify the responsible person and agreed date when those are known. Review the action list with the participants before treating your notes as the final record.
Choosing the settings
Sheet title supplies a custom heading. Writing row height changes the spacing of the discussion and action lines. The lower section keeps three distinct columns so an owner or deadline is not lost inside a long note. Choose landscape paper only when its shorter height still leaves enough writing room for the meeting.
A practical example
Choose A4, enter Weekly planning as the title and keep 8 mm rows. Download the PDF. Fill the upper discussion area with notes, then place one action in the lower table with its owner and due date. Check that the three kinds of information remain clearly separated.
Before you print
The tool does not record audio, summarize a conversation, invite attendees or send follow up messages. It is not a legal minutes service. Confirm the record with the relevant participants when accuracy or approval matters.

Common question
Does the template automatically create action items?
No. It supplies labeled blank columns. You decide and record the actions, owners and dates during or after the meeting.
